Acacia brachybotrya (Grey Mulga) is a dry land Australian large shrub to small tree with a dense rounded canopy. The leaf is a thick grey-green oval phyllode 1/2" to 1 1/2" around. This thornless tree blooms a brilliant yellow ball flower in the spring and with the dark leaf backdrop is a bright highlight to the landscape.
